Hey, Guys

this week I have taken 3 courses under 3 different topics on Salesforce CRM training websites these consisted of Time Management for Sales Teams, Cybersecurity, and Marketing AI. So today I'm going to explain what I learned and how I feel it will benefit me.

Sales

I learned the significance of setting clear goals and priorities. By establishing daily and weekly objectives, I was able to manage my sales work more efficiently. This helped me increase my productivity and focus on critical tasks, ensuring that I didn't miss out on any potential leads or clients.

What I found most valuable was the lesson on regular self-reflection. Cybersecurity
